You may rely on this site for what the instruments it cites actually say, and for the arithmetic it performs on them. Each figure is transcribed from the primary instrument shown beside it, and each instrument carries its own currency date. Where an instrument does not settle a question, this site says so and shows the readings rather than choosing one.

It is not legal advice, it is not a court office, and it cannot see your notice. It has no account, no form that stores anything and no lookup of any driver record. If an amount here matters to a decision you are making, read the cited provision — the citation is on the page for exactly that reason.

It is not a party to anything between you and a prosecutor, a court or a ministry, and it cannot pay, contest, look up or file anything on your behalf. It does not know what is on your notice, what a prosecutor will accept, or what a justice of the peace will do on the day. Every figure here is what an instrument states for a set of facts you described to a calculator — not a prediction of your outcome.

A figure that is wrong is the most serious defect this site can have, and a correction is the most useful message it can receive. Name the page, the province and the provision; a citation is worth more than a description. Corrections are made in the data these pages are built from, so the fix reaches every page that quotes the same instrument at once.

Ticketmètre is built and operated by the small team that publishes it; there is no company behind it that you would recognise, no partner, no advertiser and no relationship with any court, ministry, insurer or law firm.
