A short page, because there is little to describe.
Draft for review. Every figure on this page is transcribed from the instrument cited beside it; the reviewer of record has not signed the values off. Check the cited provision before relying on an amount.
What this site stores in your browser
This site sets no cookies. Not an analytics cookie, not an advertising cookie, not a session cookie — there is no session, because there is nothing to sign in to. Nothing here follows you to another site and nothing here knows you were on one.
On an ordinary visit no cookie is set: the one that measurement could place is prevented by the default-denied consent state. There is one exception, described below rather than passed over in silence. A language preference may also be stored locally in your browser; it never leaves your device.
Excluding our own visits
One exception, named here rather than passed over in silence: on every page view the measurement code checks whether the gr_int flag is present in your browser. That is our own exclusion for internal visits, so that our test traffic does not end up in the figures. It is written only when a page is opened with ?internal=1 appended — as a cookie with a lifetime of one year, and additionally in local storage. Without that, nothing is written, and nothing on this site links to it. It holds a single flag and nothing about you. You delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
The one thing stored on your device
If you dismiss the banner that offers this page in the other language, that dismissal is remembered in your browser’s own local storage so the banner does not ask again. It is a single value, it is not a cookie, it is never sent with a request, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it. Nothing else on this site writes to your device.
Consent, and why there is no banner
Every page declares a deny-first consent state in its own head — advertising storage, analytics storage and personalisation storage are all denied before anything else on the page runs. There is no consent banner to click because there is nothing behind it to grant: with no measurement loaded and no advertising anywhere on the site, a dialogue asking permission for both would be theatre.
Who runs this site, and how to reach it
Ticketmètre is built and operated by the small team that publishes it; there is no company behind it that you would recognise, no partner, no advertiser and no relationship with any court, ministry, insurer or law firm. One address reaches the people who write these pages, and it is the only address on the site.

Scope
What this site covers
Covered
Ontario and Québec only. Those are the two jurisdictions whose instruments have been read for this site, and every figure here belongs to one of them.
Unmeasured here
Eleven further provinces and territories are UNMEASURED here — that means they have not been read for this site, not that they are absent from Canada’s fine landscape. Nothing on this site is a national claim.
Out of scope
Municipal by-law offences — parking above all — are priced by roughly four hundred municipalities and are out of scope. This site prices provincial offences.
